Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay: $25 to $30/hr

Solar Gaines is a leading commercial solar installer serving Maryland Washington D.C. Delaware and Virginia. As we continue to grow we are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in helping businesses transition to clean renewable energy.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations by maintaining daily inventory logs organizing and inspecting inventory and assisting with equipment allocation.

Essential Responsibilities:

Inspecting inventory for defects and damage
Packing and loading inventory for site delivery
Receiving shipments to the warehouse
Creating inventory reports
Ensuring that regulatory compliance requirements are met

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Willingness to work as a team player
Physical stamina and strength to tolerate heavy lifting and standing for extend periods of time.
