Warehouse and Delivery Associate Dayton, NJ

Were looking for a reliable Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate to be an essential part of our team delivering excellent service and embodying our company values. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse setting have operated a box truck or van that does not require a CDL as well as a clean driving record.

• Drive a box truck or van following all safety procedures per company policy
• Keep complete and accurate records and logs of all driving and deliveries
• Be proficient and perform the proper procedures for performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Provide quality customer service
• Pull product load and unload trucks when not performing driving duties
• Back up other drivers routes when needed
• Recognize damaged product at any point in the process and take appropriate action
• Operate a forklift or other warehouse machinery
• All other duties as assigned

• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Must be able to obtain or currently have a DOT medical card
• Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service
• Ability to follow direction and safe operating procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights of 20 ft. on a regular basis
• Forklift experience; forklift certification preferred
• Work on his/her feet including walking for extended periods of time
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Minimum of 1 year of satisfactory commercial driving experience preferably with box trucks
