How Youll Have an Impact at Kinders:

This position is essential in ensuring seamless coordination between our internal operations team and our third-party warehousing partners as well ashelpstreamline Inventory Management and warehouse best practices.Youllbe a key contact point across our warehousing inbound and outbound shipping processesensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and information across the supply chain.Wereseeking someone who not only understands warehousing and supply chain best practices but is also driven by continuous improvement and a hands-on approach to this roleyoullhelp shape the future of our operations and contribute directly to the continued success ofthe Kindersbrand.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Efficiency and Cost Savings

  • Assistin streamlining warehousing operations byidentifyingprocess bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with Logistics and Inventory Management teams tooptimizewarehouseutilizationand inventory flow.
  • Assistin implementing cost-saving measures that reduce overall warehouse expenses whilemaintainingservice quality.

Risk Mitigation

  • Proactivelyidentifypotential risks in warehouse operations including delays disruptions and compliance challenges.Review3rdpartyoperational RCAs(rootcauseanalyses).
  • Assistto developcontingency plans and enforce process controls to ensure business continuity and resilience.
  • Create and documentSOPsthatmaintainhigh warehouse operational standards.
  • Serve asaproject member for new facility openings or operational transitions.
  • Help to develop warehouse key performanceindicator scorecardsand3rdparty warehouse audit & continuous improvement programs.

Enhanced Customer Satisfaction

  • Ensure timelyandaccuratereceiving and shipping performance.
  • Help align warehouse operations with customer expectations to strengthen relationships and build loyalty.
  • Maintain open communication with internal teams and external partners to support a consistent positive customer experience.

Scalability and Flexibility

  • Support to adapt warehouse operations to meet changing business needs including seasonal fluctuations market shifts and new product launches.
  • Assistin building flexible warehouse operational models that support both short-term demands and long-term growth.

Sourcing & Expansion

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on warehouse experience preferably with operations background in consumer-packaged goods supply chain or operations with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Ability to set and achieve goals and engage in creative problem solving
  • Strongorganizationskills and attention to detail are necessary as well as commitment to seeing tasks throughcompletion.
  • Flexible efficient and motivated self-starter that requires little direction with a proven ability in creative problem solving and managing multiple priorities
  • A commitment and passion for being an active participant in our fast-pacedhigh growthcompany.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Teams Word Excel PowerPoint) products.Familiarity with SAP a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in industrial engineering supply chain management business administration or related field is preferred.
  • Industry Certifications: Certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certified Professional in Lean Six Sigma/ Continuous Improvement Certified ASCM (Association of Supply Chain Management).

Location Pay Transparency:

This role will be located in our Walnut Creek California expected starting salary range for this role is $105000- $115000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and business needs.
