Warehouse Administrator (GLC)

• This role is for our Greenwood IN warehouse. HOWEVER you will be required to travel to Columbus until August for training. 

Shift Information 1st Shift 6AM-230PM

• Overtime may be required for shift coverage or operational needs

Key Responsibilities

• Enter inbound freight from Bills of Lading (BOL) into CDM and route to proper locations
• Verify skid count and document any damages or shortages on the BOL; obtain driver initials
• Update the inbound schedule in Microsoft Teams
• Monitor radio communications and collaborate with the cross-dock team to resolve inbound issues
• Scan checked out paperwork and file documentation appropriately

Qualifications :

Education

• High school diploma or GED required

Experience

• Previous experience in dispatch logistics or transportation preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams shipping systems and general office software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
