5 years of proven experience in marketing program management or project management in a highly matrixed environmentnStrong comfort and hands-on experience with AI tools (including LLMs) data analysis and leveraging insights to inform marketing strategies and Leadership updatesnExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across diverse ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion including planning execution tracking and reporting. nProven ability to quickly understand new areas adapt to changing priorities and effectively program manage a wide range of marketing initiatives as proactive and resourceful approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective degree in Marketing Business or a related field
MBA degreenExperience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)nStrong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex information clearly to various levels of audience across working teams and Senior Leadership.
