About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse ICU / PCU for a 13-week contract opportunity in Clarkston Washington. This role supports a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and requires strong ICU PCU telemetry and MedSurg experience with the flexibility to float to MSU as needed.
Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to ICU PCU telemetry and MedSurg patients.

Assess patient needs and provide appropriate patient education.

Monitor patient status and respond to clinical changes.

Follow patient safety restraint infection control and isolation procedures.

Safely operate and troubleshoot PCU telemetry and MedSurg equipment.

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.

Report critical lab values to providers in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech.

Complete shift reports order checks and charge documentation.

Float to MSU as needed.
Requirements

Active Washington Registered Nurse license required.

Minimum 3 years of ICU PCU telemetry or MedSurg experience required.

Current BLS/BCLS and ACLS required.

Critical Access Hospital experience preferred.

Meditech experience preferred.

Must be experienced in all areas and willing to float to MSU.

Strong assessment communication and documentation skills required.
