About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse ICU / PCU for a 13-week contract opportunity in Clarkston Washington. This role supports a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and requires strong ICU PCU telemetry and MedSurg experience with the flexibility to float to MSU as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to ICU PCU telemetry and MedSurg patients.

• Assess patient needs and provide appropriate patient education.

• Monitor patient status and respond to clinical changes.

• Follow patient safety restraint infection control and isolation procedures.

• Safely operate and troubleshoot PCU telemetry and MedSurg equipment.

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.

• Report critical lab values to providers in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech.

• Complete shift reports order checks and charge documentation.

• Float to MSU as needed.

Requirements

• Active Washington Registered Nurse license required.

• Minimum 3 years of ICU PCU telemetry or MedSurg experience required.

• Current BLS/BCLS and ACLS required.

• Critical Access Hospital experience preferred.

• Meditech experience preferred.

• Must be experienced in all areas and willing to float to MSU.

• Strong assessment communication and documentation skills required.

• Holiday coverage required.

• Quick start availability preferred.
