Vulnerability Analyst, Information Technology Services (Exempt)

Develop and maintain the patch management lifecycle including planning testing deployment and validation of patches across servers endpoints applications and appliances. Identify missing patches and vulnerabilities using scanning tools and configuration management platforms. Maintain patch baselines and compliance standards for internal policies regulatory frameworks (HIPAA PCIDSS) and security benchmarks (CIS NIST). Coordinate with system owners and IT teams to plan patch windows communicate impacts and validate successful updates.

Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines to be accurate and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people deal with stressful situations and handle conflict.

Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health Systems organization policies and procedures.

Education/License/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a technology field; or suitable work experience in a security role required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of enterprise information technology experience required
• Minimum of one (1) year of information security experience required
• Relevant cybersecurity compliance or risk manager certification (such as CISSP HCISPP CISA CRISC Security) required or ability to obtain within one (1) year of hire required.
