About the Role

We are seeking a Surgical Technologist OR for a 13-week contract opportunity in Morristown Vermont. This role supports the operating room team by assisting the circulator and surgeon while maintaining a safe sterile surgical environment for patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon and circulator during surgical procedures.

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field.

• Handle instruments supplies and equipment during procedures.

• Support orthopedic and general OR cases as assigned.

• Maintain patient safety and infection control standards.

• Follow all state federal facility and surgical care policies.

• Document and support OR workflow using CPSI/Evident as needed.

• Participate in on-call coverage as required.

Requirements

• Surgical Technologist OR Technologist or orthopedic OR experience preferred.

• CPSI/Evident experience preferred.

• Ability to maintain a safe and sterile surgical environment required.

• Must work under the direction of qualified OR personnel.

• Strong teamwork communication and attention to detail required.

• State license not required.

• On-call component required.

• No holiday coverage required.
