VP – Target Process Application Engineer ApptioIBM

Required Qualifications

• 610 years of experience in application engineering / software development
• Strong experience with:
  • Apptio / IBM TargetProcess (highly preferred or similar agile planning tools)
  • Application architecture and integration
  • Agile / SAFe environments
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams
• Strong problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelors degree required (Computer Science Engineering or related)

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in financial services or large enterprise environments
• Exposure to AI/automation initiatives within enterprise platforms
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs

  • Agile tooling engineers (Jira Align Rally etc. as adjacent experience)
  • Platform engineers supporting enterprise planning tools
• Must be comfortable in a hands-on stakeholder-facing VP-level role
• Emphasis on configuration integration not just admin-level experience
