Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a VP Solutions Management - Pharmaceutical.

Taylor Corporation is establishing a dedicated division focused on warehouse operations fulfillment and pharmacy healthcare solutions to serve Fortune 100 clients with mission-critical logistics mail-order pharmacy support and integrated Healthcare fulfillment capabilities. This division is the operational backbone behind several of Taylors most strategic healthcare logistics opportunities including initiatives addressing the nations largest PBMs healthcare and Pharmaceutical clients.

Reporting directly to the President of the division the VP Warehouse Fulfillment & Pharmacy Healthcare Solutions will be a senior leader responsible for translating client strategy into operational execution. The role spans solution design account leadership and cross-functional program delivery bridging Taylors production assets the Taylor ecosystem and external pharmacy and PBM partners and clients.

This is a builders role. The successful candidate will help scale a new business operations and culture unit from an established but expanding base bringing the discipline of large-scale print and fulfillment operations together with the technology fluency required to serve healthcare clients with increasingly complex data regulatory and timing requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Solution Design

Partner with the President to define and execute the divisions go-to-market strategy across warehouse fulfillment and pharmacy healthcare solutions.

Translate client business problems particularly in mail-order pharmacy and direct-to-patient logistics into integrated Taylor solutions including operational design pricing models and SLA frameworks.

Lead solution architecture for Fortune 100 healthcare engagements working alongside the President on strategic pursuits such as PBM resend/reshipment optimization dispatch-timing redesign and cold chain initiatives.

Maintain a working point of view on PBM dynamics formulary trends and the operational implications for fulfillment and pharmacy partners.

Account & Client Leadership

Serve as a senior client-facing leader for assigned strategic accounts with primary responsibility for retention expansion and operational satisfaction.

Build trusted relationships at director VP and SVP and C-suite levels within client organizations including procurement supply chain pharmacy operations and member experience teams.

Lead quarterly business reviews executive escalations and renewal/expansion conversations in partnership with the President.

Identify and qualify new pharmacy healthcare and fulfillment opportunities through Taylors existing client base and the alliance pipeline.

Operational Execution

Own end-to-end program delivery for assigned accounts: onboarding implementation steady-state operations and continuous improvement.

Coordinate across Taylor production teams when needed for warehouse and fulfillment sites IT and print operations to ensure on-time on-spec delivery.

Oversee KPIs across fulfillment accuracy on-time dispatch resend/reshipment rates cold chain integrity and patient/member-facing communication quality.

Drive root-cause analysis and operational redesign of recurring failure modesfor example the Thursday-dispatch-timing dynamics that drive a meaningful share of mail-order pharmacy resend volume.

Technology & Process Integration

Apply technology and data fluency to integrate fulfillment print and pharmacy workflows leveraging background in marketing technology interactive print services to bring digital capabilities to traditionally analog operations fo the Healthcare sector.

Partner with Taylor IT and client systems teams on data exchange file specifications data hygiene and reporting infrastructure.

Champion automation and continuous improvement drawing on early R&D experience in digital equipment and process automation to identify high-leverage opportunities within the division.

Team Leadership & Culture

Build mentor and lead a cross-functional team of program managers operations leads and client-facing professionals as the division scales.

Model the alliance-based low-overhead operating philosophy that distinguishes the Taylor model from traditional Taylor models.

Partner with HR and the President on hiring plans capability development and succession as the division grows.

Financial & Commercial Accountability

Own a defined revenue and margin target for assigned accounts and pursuits with full P&L visibility partnered with the President.

Lead pricing strategy contract structure and commercial terms for new pharmacy healthcare and fulfillment programs in coordination with Taylor finance and legal.

Maintain rigorous forecasting discipline and pipeline hygiene at the account and pursuit level.


You Must Have:

Bachelors degree (B.S. or B.A.); equivalent experience considered.

12 years of progressive experience in commercial print fulfillment marketing services or related industries including senior leadership and director-level roles.

Demonstrated success leading national accounts and Fortune-class client relationships with measurable ownership of revenue retention and expansion outcomes.

Direct experience integrating print technology and marketing solutions for sophisticated B2B clients (e.g. Printstack-style or interactive print platforms).

Track record across multiple production environments including formal leadership development programs in commercial print (e.g. Consolidated Graphics LDP) and senior roles at peer print and marketing services organizations.

Prior tenure at Taylor Corporation strongly preferred with established familiarity with Taylors operating model production network and culture.

We Would Also Prefer:

Exposure to healthcare PBM or pharmacy logistics workflows including mail-order specialty pharmacy or patient communications.

Experience working alongside or within alliance/partnership models (such as the TaylorCaracal structure) rather than traditional commissioned sales.

Background in digital print equipment automation or process R&D bringing a builders mindset to operational improvement.

Familiarity with cold chain packaging sustainable materials and regulated direct-mail workflows.

Skills and Attributes:

Strategic and trustworthy operator capable of representing Taylor at the highest levels of Fortune 100 client organizations.

Strong solution-design instincts: able to take an ambiguous client problem and shape it into an executable profitable program.

Excellent cross-functional leadership; comfortable operating across production IT sales and partner organizations without formal authority.

High comfort with data technology and modern marketing/communications tooling.

Bias toward execution with the operational discipline to deliver on commitments made to senior client stakeholders.

Authentic alignment with Taylors values alliance-based operating philosophy and long-term client orientation.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $250k. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors which may include as applicable the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience specific and unique skills level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporations total compensation and benefits package for employees.
