This is a full-ownership quality seat at the VP level - systems teams and regulatory accountability across US and international requirements. What youll be doing
- Own the Quality Management System end-to-end: audits documentation CAPA calibration training and management reviews.
- Lead complaint handling and reportability determinations to US and international regulatory agencies.
- Partner with contract manufacturers to ensure compliance with domestic and global quality system requirements.
- Manage document control product release non-conforming product and return/repair programs.
- Support PMS PMCF and PSUR activities across the commercial portfolio.
- Supervise and develop the quality team with cross-functional reach into product development and logistics.
About you
- Be able to do the job as described.
- 10-12 years in Quality Assurance and/or Product Development Engineering in the implantable medical device industry.
- Prior experience as a functional leader at the Director or VP level.
- Deep working knowledge of FDA regulations ISO standards and international GMP requirements.
- Track record leading quality teams with cross-functional accountability across manufacturing supply chain and product development.
