This is not a caretaker role for an existing multi-site business. It is a build role with the mandate and the budget to construct centralized operations from a single flagship practice.
The person who wins this job has almost certainly done a version of it before at Nuvia ClearChoice a luxury multi-site cosmetic or implant group or an emerging DSO platform where they were early enough to build rather than inherit.

Own the technology stack and drive standardization across sites. Support new location selection buildout and launch. Maintain multi-state compliance: licensure OSHA HIPAA state dental practice acts.
Day 90: full funnel diagnostic with stage-level conversion baselines and the top three leaks identified; weekly operating rhythm live; team assessment delivered.
Day 180: case acceptance improved against baseline with a documented repeatable mechanism; location-level P&L and a defensible new-location unit economic model; hiring engine operating; SOP and training library built for the flagship.
Day 365: location two operating and tracking to its ramp plan site three in the pipeline; Practice Manager layer hired and performing; standardized reporting the CEO trusts without verification; turnover and collections at or better than target.
Required: 7 years in operations leadership including 3 years running multiple locations in dental medical aesthetics or another high-ticket elective healthcare vertical. Demonstrated ownership of a case acceptance or conversion function you can talk about close rates by case size what moved them and how you know. P&L ownership at location or regional level including patient financing and revenue cycle. Track record of hiring and developing managers not just staff. Comfort operating where the system does not exist yet. Willingness to travel meaningfully especially in the first 18 months. Based in or relocating to Atlanta metro.
Strongly preferred: background at Nuvia ClearChoice or a comparable high-ticket implant/cosmetic platform a luxury multi-site dental group or an emerging DSO in its build novo location launch or acquisition integration experience. Multi-state operations exposure. Fluency in dental practice management software (Dentrix Open Dental Denticon Curve Eaglesoft) and CRM/call tracking.
What will not work here: a pure corporate DSO operator who has only administered mature locations and never built one; someone who needs a fully staffed department on day one; a volume-insurance-model background with no exposure to fee-for-service or high-ticket case presentation.
Base: $180000$230000 depending on experience and multi-site track record. Annual bonus: 2540% of base tied to case acceptance EBITDA and new-location milestones. Equity: meaningful participation in the platform this is a founding-team-level role. Full benefits plus dental care for you and your immediate family.
