Position Overview
A growing healthcare services organization is seeking a hands-on finance leader to oversee and strengthen its accounting and finance function. This role is ideal for a professional who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution helping build the infrastructure controls reporting and processes needed to support continued growth.
The organization is financially stable and well-established but is looking for a leader who can modernize the finance department improve visibility into performance strengthen accountability and create a scalable foundation for the future.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the accounting and finance team
Establish budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes
Improve financial reporting analytics and KPI tracking
Strengthen internal controls approval workflows and financial oversight
Identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for cost savings
Partner with leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives
Evaluate systems processes and technology to improve efficiency
Assess organizational structure and help optimize onshore and offshore resources
Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with applicable standards
Support leadership with decision-making through financial modeling and analysis
Qualifications
Significant experience in accounting finance or financial leadership roles
Experience leading accounting and finance teams
Strong budgeting forecasting and financial analysis experience
Track record of improving processes controls and operational efficiency
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Healthcare home care or related industry experience preferred
