VP National Accounts

The Team Leader position is based in Bentonville AR and is responsible for managing the firms Walmart & Sams Club accounts. The position manages seven direct reports and numerous indirect reports who interface with the accounts. The Team Leader is directly responsible for developing strategy and tactics to achieve the firms objectives at the accounts. This will involve working with the team to develop yearly sales and marketing plans equipment configurations software roadmaps merchandise assortment and replenishment planning and progressing contracts between Walmart and Fujifilm. The Team Leader is responsible for working with Valhalla management to develop yearly sales quotas and managing the Walmart & Sams Club accounts to these quotas each month. It is the responsibility of the Team Leader to report on the progress of the accounts to the firms senior management each month and to devise remedial plans to achieve the quotas if necessary throughout the year.
