We areseeking aVice President(Senior Manager)to join the Real Estate Systems Implementation Group (RESIG)the largest real estate private equity fund administrator by funds administered. We are seeking someone whothrivesin a growing environment andprovidingclients with exceptional services.

WhatWork You WillbeResponsible For:
Fundaccounting management oversight ofa growing team
Responsible for all accounting processes relating to the preparation of financial statementsfootnotesand supporting work papers
Preparation of funds cash distribution waterfall calculations as part of the disposition process
Manage capital call/distribution procedures for investors and coordinated capital management forfund
Review of fund partnership agreements in connection with theinitialfund set-up
Review of monthly segment and business unit analytics and quarterly fund reserve analyses
Direct annual audits and tax return preparation process with accounting firms
Coordinate performance reporting with senior management in connection with requests for proposals and requests for information
Participate in the review and approval of clients business plans including proposed investments and sales
Review current and proposed accounting pronouncements to determineappropriate portfoliotreatment
Assistaccount and portfolio managers on all financial aspects of investments including acquisitions and due diligence dispositions and sales development and expansions and investment financing arrangements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accountingor equivalent field
12 yearsof private equity fund accounting experience
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
CPA or parts passed towards completion
Masters degree in Accountingor equivalent field
Experience using Yardi and/or MRI
