Recognized as an expert within own agency. Possesses extensive and in-depth expertise in respective job discipline complemented by broad knowledge across other related fields.
Tackles unique and complex problems with solutions that have significant and far-reaching impacts on the business/network/agency. Contributes to the development of functional strategies leveraging deep understanding and innovative thinking to shape the strategic direction of the organization.

Leads the creative vision conceptual development and execution of integrated marketing brand digital experiential and/or content initiatives across multidisciplinary teams and platforms. Oversees the development of innovative creative solutions that align with client objectives audience insights brand strategy and business goals while ensuring creative excellence consistency and impact across all touchpoints. Partners with strategy account management production media technology and creative teams to guide omnichannel storytelling integrated brand experiences and emerging creative approaches within fast-paced evolving market environments.

220K - 250K

Omnicoms policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time and many of our agencies as well as Omnicoms corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
