VP Business Analytics

• Build recommend and lead Unitek Learnings enterprise analytics organization from inception defining the operating model structure and technology stack with the most senior executives.
• Develop and execute the enterprise analytics roadmap to enable data-driven decision-making across all functions.
• Lead campus-specific analytics to drive performance optimization and strategy recommendations.
• Conduct competitive and marketplace analytics to monitor industry and channel evolution providing clear synthesis of findings.
• Integrate and report on macroeconomic data and external indicators into forecasting planning and long-range strategic modeling.
• Partner with Finance Operations and Marketing leaders to embed analytics into everyday business decisions.
• Champion enterprise data governance and ensure quality accessibility and adoption of analytic tools and insights.
• Present analytical findings and strategic implications to executive leadership enabling clear and actionable decision making.
• Hybrid model - 3 days per week at the Tempe corporate office is an essential function of this position.
• This role requires on-site collaboration with students faculty and staff.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Statistics Mathematics Economics Computer Science Data Science Business Analytics Financial Engineering or related quantitative discipline required; Masters degree preferred.

• 5 years of progressive experience in data analytics or data engineering with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role owning a data and analytics organization.
• Demonstrated track record leading a data or analytics transformation assessing a low-maturity environment and executing a credible modernization roadmap.
• Experience in the development and delivery of enterprise reporting executive dashboards KPI scorecards campus specific analytics competitor benchmarking and strategic business insights.

• Background in fostering a culture of innovation analytics excellence data-driven decision-making and AI adoption across the organization.
• Experience with Power BI PowerPoint SAS Tableau or similar analytical and visualization tools preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership regulators auditors and non-technical stakeholders.
• Executive presence and storytelling capability.
• Ability to challenge assumptions with data and evidence.
• Commitment to driving measurable business outcomes through analytics and intelligence.
