Retina Health Center is seeking an outstanding Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Vitreoretinal Surgeon to join one of Southwest Floridas most respected and established retina practices. - IMMEDIATE SURGICAL & PATIENT VOLUME:See 4050 patients daily with strong surgical case volume and diverse pathology across the full spectrum of vitreoretinal disease.
- ESTABLISHED REFERRAL NETWORK:Strong long-standing relationships with referring ophthalmologists and optometrists throughout Lee and Collier counties.
- COMPREHENSIVE CONDITIONS TREATED:Full medical & surgical management of AMD Diabetic Retinopathy Retinal Detachments/Tears Macular Holes ERM and Complex Retina.

- FIRST-YEAR PACKAGE:$600000 Guaranteed Base Salary plus a $100000 Signing Bonus and production incentives once exceeding base.
