Responsibilities:

• Maintain part quality through inspection and adherence to procedures.
• Follow operating procedures and fill out necessary paperwork and charts.
• Sort and blue dye incoming product.
• Employee will place hazardous waste (flammable) into satellite accumulation drums.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate knowledge of visual criteria.
• Understand use of finishing quality standards.
• Ability to interpret SOP QEIs and visual inspection instructions.
• Willingness and ability to learn and perform new assignments.
• Able to work in a technical environment using math skills.
• Ability to function in a team oriented department with a strong emphasis on productivity.
• Good written verbal communication elementary math and organizational skills.
• Ability to accept leadership work with minimal supervision and be self-directed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping.

• Standing 50%
• Walking 15%
• Sitting 25%
• Stooping/Bending 10%
• Lifting: 35 pounds (heavier lifting may occasionally be required)
• Vision: Distant vision 20/25 (corrected or uncorrected) in at least one eye and no worse than 20/25 (corrected or uncorrected) when using binocular vision.
