Visual Merchandising Zone Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate and execute overall visual merchandising strategy for retail platforms new store openings and other projects

• Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising standards across the regional market

• Identify and track key KPIs related to visual merchandising strategies

• Assists in review and revision of existing documents related to visual merchandising such as plan-o-grams
• Responsible for execution and feedback of testing strategy for new assortments

• Mentors the team through training visual expectations operational standards and materials/tool management
• Attends and presents during regional meetings to share inspiration new ideas and pertinent information from with store teams
• Monitors all store displays for compliance with current guidelines including lighting and signage and modifies displays when necessary
• Trains associates and new Department Managers in visual merchandising techniques and guidelines; answers associates display questions offers suggestions

• Manage specific visual tasks related to store openings & other projects

• Other duties as assigned
