Visitor Services Team Leader

The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) the UKs leading gardening charity inspiring everyone to grow is looking for an exceptional Visitor Services Team Leader at the new RHS Garden Bridgewater in Salford.

• Lead and develop the Visitor Services team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure an excellent welcome and manage the flow of visitors into the Garden.
• Achieve financial targets including new membership conversions gift aid donations and guide book sales.
• Contribute to recruitment induction and training of new team members/volunteers.
• Take a lead on team performance and development reviews.
• Report daily sales figures to the Visitor Services Manager and relevant departments.

We are looking for an exceptional person able to work at both a Team Leader and hands on level demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a flexible and proactive approach and the resilience and motivation to seek continual improvement of the Visitor Services Team.

Required Experience:

Manager
