Scripps College a womens liberal arts college with a strong interdisciplinary tradition invites applications for the position of Visiting Lecturer in Psychology to teach in the Fall 2026 semester. This position is for two courses only.
The preferred candidate will have a Ph.D. in Psychology college level teaching experience and the ability to teach some combination of Health Psychology Psychological Disorders and/or Psychological Statistics.
The Scripps Psychology Department has seven full-time faculty. It offers a B.A. degree with a major or minor in Psychology. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.

The salary for this position will range from $17100 to $19000 and will be set based on a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity experience education specialty and light of recent federal updates to visa processing and associated costs the College is generally not in a position to sponsor visas for faculty appointments.
