Job Summary
Job Description:
The Department of Economics invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor position for Spring 2027. The successful candidate will have a four-course teaching load for the semester and will primarily teach introductory courses at either the Fairfield and/or Bridgeport campus with the potential to contribute to upper-level field-specific undergraduate courses in economics.
Requirements:
A Ph.D. in economics is required by January 1st and a commitment to innovation and demonstrated excellence in teaching and using technology in the classroom are required. Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled subject to budget approval.
