Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences goals and budget.
- Research and recommend destinations accommodations transportation tours and activities.
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements including flights hotels cruises vacation packages and car rentals.
- Provide clients with accurate travel information itineraries and documentation requirements.
- Monitor reservations and communicate any travel updates schedule changes or disruptions.
- Assist clients with resolving travel-related concerns before and during their trips.
- Maintain accurate client records and booking information.
- Stay informed on travel trends supplier offerings and destination requirements.
