Your Impact

• Deliver engaging consultative virtual sales presentations to current owners
• Assess customer needs and recommend tailored vacation ownership solutions
• Present product features pricing promotions and financing options with confidence
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals KPIs and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and manage your pipeline to improve close rates
• Provide exceptional customer experiences that build trust and long-term engagement

What You Bring

• 3 years of experience in timeshare or vacation ownership sales
• Previous experience with RCI or Vacation Village preferred
• Strong virtual presentation communication and closing skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive independently in a remote setting
• Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual sales tools
• Resilience persistence and confidence handling objections and rejection
