As a Virtual Call Agent you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls emails and chat inquiries related to our plastics products and services. Your role will involve providing excellent customer service processing orders and coordinating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls emails and chat inquiries regarding product availability specifications pricing and order status
Process and track customer orders returns and complaints through the CRM system
Provide basic technical information about plastic grades material properties and applications
Follow up on quotes sample requests and pending orders via outbound calls
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
Coordinate with logistics warehouse and production teams for delivery updates
Support the sales team with lead qualification and account management tasks
Adhere to company communication standards and compliance guidelines
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
12 years of experience in call center customer service or inside sales role
Familiarity with plastics manufacturing or industrial products is a plus
Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively in a remote environment
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet dedicated home workspace
