Job Summary
Vista Robles Dental Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team in the Health Wellness and Fitness industry. As a Virtual Assistant you will play a vital role in streamlining administrative tasks managing communications and supporting our team to deliver outstanding care. Key Responsibilities: Manage patient appointment scheduling and follow-ups via phone email and online platforms. Respond promptly to patient inquiries and provide accurate information about services. Maintain and update patient records and internal databases with confidentiality and accuracy. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely communication and task completion. Assist in billing invoicing and processing insurance documentation as needed. Organize digital files prepare reports and support marketing or outreach initiatives. Utilize practice management software and other digital tools efficiently. Adapt to changing priorities and support special projects as assigned. Requirements: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role preferably in healthcare or wellness. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and common practice management software. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Familiarity with dental terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
