Virtual Arkansas Facilitator

The Virtual Arkansas Facilitator supports students enrolled in Virtual Arkansas online courses by providing supervision monitoring academic progress and encouraging student engagement and success. The facilitator serves as the primary liaison between students Virtual Arkansas teachers parents counselors and school administrators while helping students stay on pace meet deadlines and develop effective learning habits.

Essential Duties:

• Supervise students during scheduled Virtual Arkansas class periods.
• Monitor attendance coursework grades and student progress.
• Communicate regularly with Virtual Arkansas teachers parents counselors and administrators.
• Assist students with basic technology issues and accessing online learning platforms.
• Encourage accountability organization and academic success.
• Maintain a positive structured learning environment and support school and Virtual Arkansas policies.
• Assist with testing and other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication organizational and technology skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students staff and families.
• Experience working with secondary students preferred.
