Viking Beverage Warehouse Coordinator

Viking Coca-Cola remains a dedicated family-run establishment that includes the Faber family and extends beyond to all members of the team including delivery drivers sales personnel executive management and our partners.As the Viking Beverage Warehouse Coordinator youll keep product moving with precisionprotecting inventory accuracy speed and safety so our customers get what they expect every time.

Key responsibilities include coordinating receiving and shipping flow scheduling inbound delivery appointments supporting replenishment and daily warehouse readiness reconciling inventory variances maintaining close-dated/outdated rotation lists completing cycle counts plus full physical inventories repacking product building pallets when needed documenting performance results supporting returns and dunnage completing bills of lading and providing backup coverage across warehouse operations.

Required qualifications/skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills for counting product
- Forklift certification or ability to become certified (company provided)
- Must be 18 to operate forklift/electric pallet jack
