2nd Swing isseekingan experienced and versatile videospecialisttoassistour marketing team.â If you have strong camera production editingand storytelling skills are well-versed in post-production tools and digital publishing and want to play a pivotal role in creating and managing the production of 2nd Swings video content we want to hear from you.ââ

The ideal candidate is creative and able to create and transformconceptsinto high-quality assets that educate inspire and accurately depict and promote the brand. The candidate is highly collaborativeorganizedand efficient.This role is acontractopportunity with a workload of between 20 - 30 hours permonthin the Columbia MD area.

Responsibilities:

• Film and CaptureSocial Mediaand YouTube content with 2ndSwing Fitters and Store Associates locally at our Columbia MDlocation.
• Operate as an on-site Producer and Director with direction from our creative team.
• Edit and deliver polished videocontentto specfor our team to publish on our channels.
• Ability toset-upequipment and ensure professional quality relating to look feel and sound

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or equivalent business experience.
• Experience working in AdobeCreative Suite or Da Vinci Resolve.
• Experience with Canon camerasystemsand studio lighting equipment.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities demands and tight timelines.
• Strong ability to understand business needs technology capabilities and to collaborate in a team environment.
• Exhibits an enhanced sense of creativity in terms of visual presentation.
• Can takedirection;as well as work well independently or in a team environment.
• Golf knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to occasionally travel for specific projects.

Compensation:

$22-$32 per hour based on previous experience.
