Position Summary:

TheVideoContentProducerisresponsible fortelling the story ofIMG Academy through creativevideography on various projectsincluding but not limited to:short-form sizzleslong-form story-telling testimonial videos highlight packages and more todrive brand positioning awareness and are looking for someone tocapture the energy IMG Academy in its entirety!

Position Responsibilities:

• Produce consistent and timely content within assigned areas

• Ability to cinematically bring the energy of campus to life

• Work collaboratively withmarketing/communicationsteamsand other stakeholdersto brainstorm and execute video that supports specific campaigns and initiatives

• Partner alongside themarketingteam onshort-term and long-term strategy as well as the video production manager on styles and editing

• Responsible for shooting editing audio engineeringduplicationand final productionin concert with the video production manager.

• Strategizes and helps develop digital distribution across websitepaid &social media mobile video channel and others

• Maintainsa detailed video calendaranticipatingcontentneeds

• Consistently uploads and tags content on digital archive for future use

• Aids in set-ups that include camera lighting audio etc.
• Hasa knowledgeof andmaintainsall video equipment that is available.

KnowledgeSkillsand Abilities:

• Bachelors degree in Journalism Communications Film/Photography MediaArtsor related field

• Minimum twoyears professionalexperience in video production

• Editing experience usingAdobe Creative Cloud(Premiere After Effects etc.)

• Experience with video camera operations includingSony FX3 and Cine Lenses

• Familiarity shooting inLOGprofiles color grading audioengineeringandsound design

• Knowledge ofcomposition framing camerasetups andlightingtechniques

• Experience interviewing subjects on cameras

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• The role will occasionally require extended hours as well as weekend hours during peak seasons

• The role may require lifting moving pushing or pulling equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs

• Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time

• Must be able to move around campus which includes gym turf fields etc.

• Ability to work flexible hours to include nights weekends and holidays is required
