Job Summary
Qualifications
Terminal degree (Ph.D. Ed.D. or equivalent) in an academic discipline. Experience as a tenured faculty member preferably at the rank of Professor. Minimum 3 years leadership experience in academic affairs undergraduate education student success advising or a related area. Demonstrated success leading initiatives that improve student retention persistence graduation and educational outcomes. Experience with curriculum development academic policy accreditation assessment and shared governance. Demonstrated commitment to student-centered leadership inclusive excellence and organizational collaboration. Strong analytical communication strategic planning and consensus-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading institution-wide student success initiatives. Experience overseeing advising academic support or undergraduate academic affairs. Familiarity with predictive analytics student success technologies and data-informed decision-making. Experience promoting interdisciplinary education experiential learning undergraduate research and community-engaged learning. Demonstrated commitment to innovation in teaching and learning.
