About the Role
The Vice President Strategic Initiatives Growth & Transformation is responsible for driving the successful execution of SharkNinjas highest-priority enterprise initiatives. The portfolio includes growth-oriented and transformational initiatives such as geographic expansion new channel development DTC growth social commerce AI-enabled transformation operating model enhancements and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of high-impact enterprise initiatives alignedtostrategic priorities and growthobjectives.
- Drive execution of initiatives spanning geographic expansion channel development commercial growth AI-enabled transformation operating model enhancements and enterprise transformation.
- Lead initiatives from desired business outcomes through implementation adoption and scale ensuring delivery of measurable results and sustained organizational impact.
- Develop and execute change management strategies that drive stakeholder alignment organizational readiness user adoption and realization of business benefits.
- Drive accountability governance risk management and executive visibility across the initiative portfolio.
Experience
- 15 years of experience in program leadership business transformation operations consulting strategic initiatives or related disciplines.
- Proventrack recordleading complex enterprise-wide initiatives with significant business impact.
- Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled transformation initiatives including the evaluation implementation and adoption of technologies that create measurable business value and operational impact.
- Cross functional matrix leadership to delivery business results through influence.
- Exceptional influence collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong systems thinker with a bias for action and measurable outcomes.
- Credible confident leader who can challenge constructively and lead through ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills able to engage from theExecutive Leadership Teamto frontline teams.
- Strong project management skills to ensure initiativesdeliveron time and at cost.
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
