The Role

The Vice President North America Operations is accountable for end-to-end operational execution across North America ensuring reliable secure and scalable delivery of products and services that supportMaterials Solutions(MS)customers partners and internal executive leadsmulti-site and distributed teams and drives operational excellence across service delivery supply chain and logistics customer/field operations business continuity and governancebalancing performance cost risk and employee role partners closely with Finance HR Security Legal/ComplianceR&DEngineering Sales and Support to translate strategy into measurable operational outcomes. The VP drives a modern operations agenda including data-driven decisioning AI-enabled automation resilience and incident readiness supplier/partner performance management and sustainability commitments.

What youll do:

• Overseeall operational activities ensuring efficiency strategic alignment and organizational growth while managing teams and cross-functional processes.

• Responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring that business processes are efficient effective and aligned with organizational goals.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies policies and procedures to meet company objectives.

• Team Leadership: Lead mentor andmanageoperations managers and staff fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Process Optimization: Monitor workflows identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity and operational performance.

• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets P&L responsibilities and resource allocation to ensure financial and executes the North America operations strategy aligned toMSbusiness priorities translating enterprise goals into operational plans OKRs budgets and performance mechanisms.

• Leads multi-site service delivery and operational teams to achieve predictable outcomes across availability quality customer satisfaction cycle time and cost-to-serve.

• Owns operational governance business reviews and executive reporting; establishes clear accountability operational controls and risk management across the region.

• Drivescontinuous improvement through lean operating models standard work and AI/data-enabled process automation (e.g. forecasting routing capacity planning and self-service).

• Buildsanddevelopsan inclusive leadership team; drives talent development succession planning and organizational health in partnership with HR.

• Leads cross-functional change management for operating model transformations vendor transitions and new program launches; ensures effective communications and stakeholder alignment.

• Ensures operational resilience security privacy and regulatory compliance through disciplined incident management business continuity planning and partner governance; champions a strong safety culture for all site-based operations.

What we seek:

• Bachelors degree in engineering preferably chemical engineering; an advanced degree (MBA or MS) or equivalent executive experience is preferred.

• 15 years of progressively responsible operations leadership including senior leadership of large distributed teams and multi-site (or multi-region) operations with experience preferrably in a semiconductor or chemical manufacturing environment.

• Demonstrated success delivering operational excellence using modern improvement methods (Lean Six Sigma Theory of Constraints) and product/service operations best practices; strong financial acumen and ability to run to an operating rhythm.

• Expertise in end-to-end operations (service delivery supply chain/logistics vendor management) and in using data analytics and AI to improve forecasting capacity quality and customer experience.

• Strong executive presence and ability toinfluence acrossEngineering Sales Support Finance HR andCompliance; proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive cross-company outcomes.

• Commitment toMSculture and leadership expectations including inclusive leadership customer obsession ethical decision-making and operational rigor.

• Compensation: $275000.00-$33000.00 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
