This role is pivotal in developing and enforcing policies operationalizing budget decisions and contributing to strategic planning. Key responsibilities include co-chairing the management of Service Lines collaborating with Department and Medical Directors to establish the Service Line as a regional center of excellence and providing leadership to Department Directors in all aspects of departmental management. Additionally this position oversees the implementation of hospital philosophy establishes standards for clinical and management competency and represents the areas of responsibility in strategic planning initiatives.

Education:

  • Masters degree

Experience:

  • 3 years experience in leadership at the Director level or above.

Skills Knowledge Abilities:

Upholds and role models behaviors of professionalism. Remains knowledgeable in advances in the healthcare environment through continuing education in areas of responsibilities. Active in community/professional organizations
