You will lead the marketing strategy and execution to drive brand awareness and growth for the marketplace and upcoming product launches influencing acquisition and retention across the customer lifecycle. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales Product and Operations and report to the founders leading a high-performing marketing organization. Work model: Onsite (4 days per week) in Downtown Austin.

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy for the marketplace and new products to drive growth and brand awareness
• Hire manage mentor and scale a customer-obsessed data-driven marketing team
• Define track and optimize marketing KPIs and budget allocation across channels
• Lead demand generation initiatives and growth marketing programs to scale acquisition
• Spearhead brand positioning and communications that resonate with target customers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Product and Operations to align go-to-market efforts

• 10 years of relevant marketing leadership experience
• Proven track record as a marketing leader in high-growth environments
• Strong analytical and data skills; experience leading a data-driven team
• Expertise in demand generation brand marketing content and growth marketing
• Adept at using AI tools to drive creative personalized high-velocity marketing
• Strong leadership and people development experience

• Experience in marketplace or B2B SaaS businesses
• Experience launching new products in or similar roadmap-driven environments

$200-$250K/year
