Were looking for a Vice President of Manufacturing Operations who will own manufacturing performance operational profitability and continuous improvement across the business.
This is not a role for someone who enjoys living in the day-to-day production environment.
Instead were looking for a leader who develops managers builds systems drives Lean initiatives improves margins and creates a manufacturing organization capable of operating at a world-class level.

Position Overview
The Vice President of Manufacturing Operations is responsible for the overall leadership performance and profitability of the manufacturing organization.
This executive will lead multiple manufacturing and operational departments through department managers while owning operational strategy Lean transformation operational P&L capital planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Success requires someone with deep manufacturing experience exceptional business acumen and the ability to develop high-performing leaders while driving measurable improvements in efficiency quality throughput and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Manufacturing Leadership
Lead multiple manufacturing and operational departments through department managers.
Build a culture of accountability ownership urgency and operational excellence.
Develop high-performing leaders capable of delivering results independently.
Create an operating cadence built around KPIs execution and continuous improvement.
Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives that improve productivity reduce waste optimize labor and increase throughput.
Standardize manufacturing processes and establish scalable operating procedures.
Drive root cause analysis corrective actions and sustainable operational improvements.
Establish KPI dashboards that measure productivity quality labor efficiency inventory performance and operational profitability.
Financial & Operational Performance
Own the operational P&L with direct responsibility for improving margins reducing manufacturing costs and increasing profitability.
Drive improvements in labor utilization material efficiency inventory performance and cost of goods sold.
Evaluate production capacity equipment utilization automation opportunities and capital investments.
Partner with executive leadership to develop long-term manufacturing strategy and operational growth plans.
Required Qualifications
10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
Proven success leading multiple manufacturing departments through department managers.
Strong manufacturing background with the credibility to lead complex production environments.
Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Proven ability to improve throughput labor productivity quality and operational profitability.
Experience owning or directly managing operational P&L budgeting cost control and margin improvement.
Track record building KPI-driven organizations and developing high-performing operational leaders.
Strong executive presence with the business acumen to balance operational execution with long-term strategic growth.
