Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Human Resources to lead and elevate our HR department. This senior leadership role will be responsible for shaping our people strategy strengthening organizational culture and ensuring our teams have the structure support and leadership needed to succeed. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR executive who can balance high-level strategy with practical execution while supporting a growing and dynamic organization.
About the Role: As Vice President of Human Resources you will partner closely with executive leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports business goals and drives long-term organizational success. This role will oversee all aspects of Human Resources including talent strategy organizational design employee relations compensation and benefits HR operations compliance and leadership development.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $150000 - $170000

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent and workforce strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning to support scalability and operational effectiveness
- Oversee employee relations engagement initiatives and culture development across the organization
- Direct compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Manage and optimize HR operations policies and compliance with federal state and local employment laws
- Partner with senior leadership to implement leadership development and succession planning programs
- Build and mentor a strong HR team while fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and growth
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role such as Vice President or Senior Director of Human Resources
- Restaurant Hospitality or Retail background preferred
- Relocation to Central Arkansas is required for this role
- Strong background in organizational development talent strategy and workforce planning
- Demonstrated experience leading employee relations compliance and HR operations
- Expertise in compensation benefits and performance management systems
- Exceptional leadership communication and strategic planning skills
