Job Title: Vice President of Human Resources

A well-established growing organization is adding a VP of Human Resources to its executive leadership team. This is a direct report to the CEO with real influence over company strategy culture and organizational performance across multiple business locations.

What Youll Own

• HR strategy aligned to business objectives
• Organizational design and workforce planning alongside the CEO and executive team
• Full HR function across multiple locations
• Talent acquisition succession planning and leadership development
• Compensation benefits and Total Rewards programs
• HR compliance across federal state and local employment law
• Change management and organizational growth initiatives
• HR metrics and workforce analytics for executive decision-making
• Direct presentations to executive leadership and the Board

What Were Looking For

• 15 years of progressive HR leadership
• Multi-location organization experience hourly and salaried workforces
• Strong background in organizational development culture transformation and talent management
• HRIS experience: UKG Workday ADP Oracle HCM or Dayforce
• Multi-state compliance knowledge
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
• Bachelors required Masters or MBA preferred
• Executive presence with strong communication and relationship-building skills

Industry Background That Translates Well

Manufacturing Distribution Logistics Retail Consumer Products Healthcare Hospitality Service Organizations

Private equity or high-growth business experience is a strong plus.
