Vice President North America Operations Facilities Management

Remote Approximately 50% Travel

We are seeking an accomplished Vice President North America Operations Facilities Management to lead a rapidly growing K-12 Facilities Management business across a complex multi-state portfolio.

This is a high-impact executive opportunity overseeing approximately 30 client accounts and $130$140M in managed volume with leadership responsibility for a geographically dispersed organization and 10 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership across a multi-state Facilities Management portfolio

Drive operational excellence safety financial performance client satisfaction and growth

Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team

Build trusted relationships with senior clients and key stakeholders

Drive account retention business growth innovation and continuous improvement

Utilize data dashboards operational metrics and financial insights to improve performance

Strengthen succession planning leadership development and organizational accountability

Lead teams through transformation and change in a fast-paced environment

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a growth-oriented entrepreneurial executive with experience leading complex geographically dispersed operations.

The successful candidate will bring:

VP-level or comparable senior leadership experience

Experience managing multi-site multi-state operations

Strong financial and operational business acumen

Strong strategic analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Facilities Management contractor experience is NOT required. However candidates must demonstrate significant leadership experience overseeing complex multi-location Facilities Management operations.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

10 years of management experience
