Job Purpose and Impact

TheVice President HR Business Partner Digital Technology & Dataserves as the strategic people and culture partner to the Chief Information&DigitalOfficer and the Digital Technology & Data leadership team. This role shapes and executes thepeoplestrategyrequiredto accelerate digital transformation strengthen technology and data capabilities evolve the operating model and build a high-performing inclusive organization. The role advises senior leaders on complex organization talent leadershipworkforceand culture priorities; connects enterprise HR strategies with functional business needs; and ensures disciplined execution of core people a member of the Digital Technology & Data leadership team this roleleads and develops a team of HR professionals and partners closely with centers ofexpertiseto deliver integrated business-relevant solutions that advance strategic priorities mitigateriskand enable sustainable performance.

Key Accountabilities
  • BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP: Partners with CIDO and Digital Technology & Data along with Process Excellence senior leadership team to define prioritize and execute the people and culture strategy ensuring talent organization and leadership strategies directly enable the functions objectives transformation roadmap and operating cadence.
  • TEAM LEADERSHIP: Directs and influences a team of senior human resources professionals to deliver business results and support human resources priorities.
  • PEOPLE PROCESS EXECUTION: Leads and ensures execution of core people processes including goal setting talent review succession planning compensation performance management engagementsurveysand action planning.
  • DIVERSITY EQUITY & INCLUSION: Partners with leadersemployeesand centers ofexpertiseto support diversity equity andinclusionstrategies and related initiatives.
  • METRICS & ANALYSIS: Uses human resources data metrics and insights toidentifytrends diagnose issues and recommend solutions that support business andpeoplepriorities.
  • PROCESS PLANNING & DELIVERY:Leads evaluation and evolution of operating models talent strategiesand capability plansrequiredto deliver Digital Technology & Data priorities; recommendsdesignsand implements organization solutions across resource planning succession talent assessment organization design change management and capability building.
  • STRATEGY & SOLUTION CONNECTION:Partners with and influences senior leaders and centers ofexpertiseto translate enterprise HR strategies into integrated solutions that address Digital Technology & Data needs improveexecutionand strengthen leadership effectiveness.
  • TEAM MANAGEMENT:Manages team members to achieve organizational goals by setting clear expectations aligning prioritiescoachingand developing talent measuring progress holding people accountable recognizingachievementand creating enabling conditions for an inclusive high-performing HR team.
Qualifications

MINIMUM & TYPICAL YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimumrequirement of 10 years of relevant human resources experience including strategic HR business partnership with senior leaders organization design talent management workforce planning leadershipdevelopmentand change management.

  • Demonstrated experience driving senior leadership team effectiveness including aligning leaders around shared priorities strengthening decision-making improvingaccountabilityand building high-performing executive team dynamics.

  • Proventrack recordleading global matrixed teams including building inclusive team cultures developing talent acrossregionsand enabling effective collaboration across geographiesfunctionsand business priorities.

PREFERRED & TYPICAL YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Experience supporting a CIO technology digital dataanalyticsor enterprise transformation organization includingdemonstratedsuccess partnering with executive teams through operating model evolution capability building strategic workforce planning and large-scale change.

  • Preferred experience leading HR teams and influencing across matrixed global environments with the ability to translate business strategy into practical talent leadershipcultureand organization solutions.

The expected salary for this position is $250000.00 - $290000.00. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location certifications education and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
