Broadridge is hiring! The Vice President of Digital Communications Capabilities will lead the enterprise strategy roadmap and evolution of the capabilities Broadridge uses to create manage distribute measure and optimize billions of regulated and transactional communications.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Broadridges enterprise strategy for digital communications capabilities with InFocus serving as a critical enabling platform.
• Establish an integrated multiyear roadmap supporting the digital communication needs of Broadridge businesses clients investors and other communication recipients.
• Lead the evolution of capabilities supporting:
  • Email secure digital notifications microsites mobile push text and future digital channels
  • Content template and brand management
  • Composition and personalization
  • Audience selection and segmentation
  • Communication journey design and orchestration
  • Consolidation suppression reminders and follow-up rules
  • Preference and consent integration
  • Secure document access
  • Electronic-delivery failure detection and remediation
  • Communication analytics reporting and optimization
  • AI-assisted communication creation compliance operations and insights
• Coordinate digital communication capabilities across InFocus the Universal Client Portal Investor Hub preference-management solutions document-access services source platforms and related Broadridge capabilities.
• Establish a capability model that identifies shared enterprise foundations configurable business services and solution-specific extensions.
• Create reusable services and standards that allow Broadridge businesses to introduce digital communication solutions faster and with less duplicated investment.
• Ensure capabilities can operate at Broadridge scale with the required levels of security resiliency accessibility performance compliance and operational control.
• Translate regulatory developments industry trends market opportunities client needs recipient research and operational requirements into strategic priorities.
• Develop business cases for modernization automation artificial intelligence channel expansion scalability and new digital solutions.
• Establish a transparent prioritization process that balances enterprise strategy regulatory obligations client commitments operational risk revenue opportunities and platform sustainability.
• Partner with technology and architecture leaders to translate the capability strategy into scalable technical solutions and delivery plans.
• Work with operations risk legal compliance privacy cybersecurity and accessibility teams to embed appropriate standards and controls.
• Develop consistent experience principles for client associate investor and recipient communications.
• Incorporate voice-of-the-client research investor testing behavioral analytics operational feedback and performance data into capability decisions.
• Advance coordinated communication journeys rather than treating individual emails documents notifications and channels as isolated interactions.
• Create an adoption strategy that makes it easier for business teams to use shared digital communication capabilities.
• Define reusable onboarding approaches integration patterns configuration standards implementation methods and service models.
• Partner with sales marketing and business leaders to position Broadridges digital communication capabilities with clients and prospects.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional channels richer experiences personalization AI and communication optimization.
• Establish measures for capability adoption delivery performance recipient engagement client satisfaction operational efficiency risk revenue and return on investment.
• Provide executive-level reporting on strategy roadmap progress financial performance adoption dependencies risks and required decisions.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary organization encompassing product strategy product management experience analytics and business enablement.
• Build strong relationships across Broadridge and influence business and investment decisions without relying exclusively on direct reporting authority.
• Represent Broadridge as a thought leader in digital communications investor engagement digital delivery and communication modernization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in digital platforms communications technology product management financial services or a related field.
• Significant leadership experience managing enterprise products capabilities or high-volume digital ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success establishing enterprise strategy multiyear roadmaps investment priorities business cases and adoption plans.
• Experience supporting high-volume regulated secure or transaction-sensitive communications.
• Strong understanding of digital communication channels including email web mobile push notifications text messaging secure document access and emerging delivery methods.
• Knowledge of content management composition personalization segmentation journey orchestration preference management digital distribution and analytics.
• Experience working with platform architecture APIs data integration identity security scalability resiliency and operational controls.
• Ability to connect complex technology investments to measurable client recipient operational regulatory and financial outcomes.
• Experience applying artificial intelligence analytics automation and behavioral insights to digital products or communications.
• Proven ability to lead across product technology architecture data design operations regulatory sales and client-service organizations.
• Strong financial acumen including experience developing business cases prioritizing investments managing costs and identifying revenue opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and gain alignment across multiple businesses and functional organizations.
• Excellent executive communication presentation negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Experience leading global and cross-functional teams is preferred.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $200000 - $210000
