Animal Hospital of Regency Park in New Port Richey is hiring a full-time Veterinary Technician Supervisor to lead our talented teamand were offering a $2000 sign-on bonus for licensed candidates!

Our technicians are highly valued members of the medical team and work with advanced diagnostics and equipment including cone-beam CT (VetCAT) intradermal allergy testing video otoscopy dental radiology and therapeutic laser.
With a strong 1:1 DVM-to-support staff ratio our team is empowered to practice at the top of their skillset while delivering exceptional patient care. Were seeking a motivated Veterinary Technician Supervisor who is passionate about leadership mentorship and fostering a positive team culture while maintaining the highest standards of medicine.

- 3 years of veterinary clinical experience as a Veterinary Technician
- Previous leadership supervisory or mentoring experience preferred
- Veterinary Technician Certification (CVT RVT or LVT) preferred or eligibility to obtain licensure based on state requirements
- Eligible for a sign-on bonus if licensed
- Ability to confidently support and guide technicians while working alongside veterinarians
- Experience with surgery anesthesia monitoring dentistry and patient care
- Familiarity with common in-house laboratory equipment and diagnostic testing
- Strong animal handling and restraint skills
- Excellent communication coaching organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to assist with scheduling training workflow management and team development
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule; rotating Saturdays are required
- Lead mentor and support the veterinary technician team
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Promote a positive collaborative and accountable team culture
- Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital protocols
- Partner with hospital leadership to improve efficiency and team performance
- Maintain clinical excellence while continuing to work hands-on with patients
