Animal Hospital of Regency Park in New Port Richey is hiring a full-time Veterinary Technician Supervisor to lead our talented teamand were offering a $2000 sign-on bonus for licensed candidates!

Were seeking a motivated Veterinary Technician Supervisor who is passionate about leadership mentorship and fostering a positive team culture while maintaining the highest standards of medicine.

Who You Are
  • 3 years of veterinary clinical experience as a Veterinary Technician
  • Previous leadership supervisory or mentoring experience preferred
  • Veterinary Technician Certification (CVT RVT or LVT) preferred or eligibility to obtain licensure based on state requirements
  • Eligible for a sign-on bonus if licensed
  • Ability to confidently support and guide technicians while working alongside veterinarians
  • Experience with surgery anesthesia monitoring dentistry and patient care
  • Familiarity with common in-house laboratory equipment and diagnostic testing
  • Strong animal handling and restraint skills
  • Excellent communication coaching organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to assist with scheduling training workflow management and team development
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule; rotating Saturdays are required
What Youll Do
  • Lead mentor and support the veterinary technician team
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members
  • Promote a positive collaborative and accountable team culture
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital protocols
  • Partner with hospital leadership to improve efficiency and team performance
  • Maintain clinical excellence while continuing to work hands-on with patients
