Client Service Representative (CSR) Veterinary Clinic Metro Paws Animal Hospital Skillman Dallas TX
Metro Paws Animal Hospital in Skillman (Dallas TX) is seeking a friendly reliable and detail-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated veterinary team. As the first point of contact for our clients youll play a vital role in creating a warm welcoming and professional experience for pets and their families.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Provide friendly quality customer care to patients and clients
- Process invoices payments
- Answer phones schedule appointments and obtain all necessary medical history
- Determine the status of the patients immunizations and tests
- Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patients arrival and necessary treatments
- Fill prescriptions food requests and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
- Accurately input data into computer software

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Weekend availability as needed
- Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
