A veterinary practice is seeking a Veterinary Leader to join its collaborative clinical team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership while delivering exceptional medical and surgical care for companion animals.

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Mentor and support veterinarians technicians and support staff to promote clinical excellence and professional growth.

• Foster a collaborative positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and high-quality patient care.

• Assist with the development and implementation of medical protocols and best practices.

• Collaborate with hospital leadership to improve clinical operations workflow and patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.

• Active or eligible veterinary license in the state of practice.

• Previous experience in companion animal medicine is required.

• Leadership or mentoring experience is preferred.

• Strong clinical communication and interpersonal skills.
