• Greeting pets and their humans like VIPs
• Answering phones scheduling appointments and keeping the day on track
• Helping pet parents with questions check-ins payments and updates
• Managing records messages and all the little details that keep the clinic running smoothly
• Supporting the medical team so appointments flow efficiently
• Keeping calm during busy moments and helping stressed pets (and humans) feel comfortable
• Being the friendly face people remember when they walk through the door
