Were looking for a friendly proficient detail-oriented Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our Client Service team. Whether youre an experienced veterinary receptionist or someone with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn wed love to meet you. Veterinary experience is preferred but not required.

What Youll Do
As one of the first people our clients interact with youll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for every pet and their family.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth professionalism and compassion
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
- Obtain and accurately document patient histories
- Process invoices and payments
- Verify vaccination status and required testing
- Communicate patient arrivals and treatment needs with doctors and technical staff
- Prepare prescriptions diets and over-the-counter products as directed by a veterinarian
- Maintain accurate medical records and client information
- Support the daily flow of the hospital to ensure an outstanding client experience
- Collaborate with teammates to provide exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications
- Veterinary reception experience preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly professional and compassionate demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy hospital environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Comfortable learning new technology and hospital software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Saturday availability required as part of a rotating schedule
- Ability to lift up to 3050 pounds
