Were looking for a friendly high-energy organized Veterinary Assistant / CSR to join our squad. Youll play a huge role in leveling up patient care while building real connections with clients (and yes youll get paid to hang out with adorable pets all day).

This is a dual role- for veterinary assistance / technician and client service representative

• Be the go-to for client communication educationbreaking things down in a way that actually makes sense
• Carry out doctor-recommended treatment plans and help keep patients on track
• Safely restrain and handle pets during exams and treatments (keeping them comfy stress-free)
• Assist with exams procedures and surgeriesfrom prep to recovery
• Monitor patient vitals and report updates to the doctor/team
• Prep exam rooms clean/sterilize equipment and keep everything looking sharp
• Help with lab work (running tests collecting samples etc.)
• Support pharmacy tasks like filling medications and explaining how to use them
• Jump in wherever neededappointments check-ins dischargesyou name it
• Work side-by-side with your team to deliver consistent top-tier patient care
• Keep things positive calm and supportiveeven when its busy (because it will get busy)

• Genuine passion for animal care helping pet parents feel confident
• Strong communication skills (you know how to read the room and explain things clearly)
• Positive can-do attitude with a touch of professionalism
• Experience in the veterinary field is a plus
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
