Job Summary

Description

As a Vertical Sales Representative youll focus on bringing in new business and growing existing accounts within higher education and life sciences. This role is focused on building pipeline closing new clients and finding ways to expand current relationships.

What Youll Do

  • Prospect and close new business within assigned verticals
  • Build and manage a pipeline to hit sales targets
  • Reach out through calls emails networking and events
  • Present workplace solutions to decision-makers
  • Attend industry events and build connections

Account Growth

  • Work with the Senior Sales team to grow existing accounts
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Stay in touch with clients and look for new opportunities

Collaboration

  • Work with Senior Sales and leadership on account plans
  • Join sales calls and presentations
  • Partner with operations customer success and marketing to support clients

Pipeline Management

  • Keep CRM updated with accurate pipeline activity
  • Track deals timelines and key metrics
  • Share regular updates on pipeline and revenue

What Were Looking For

  • 25 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in workplace solutions facilities logistics or a similar field preferred
  • Experience selling into higher education or life sciences is a plus
  • Proven ability to win new business
  • Experience managing and growing accounts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working toward sales targets
  • Experience working with a team
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce HubSpot etc.)
