What You Will Do

• Lead the development and execution of a scalable Venture Growth program to expand the startup customer base.
• Form and manage strategic partnerships with top venture investors accelerators and key players in the startup ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure startups effectively utilize the platform for their hiring needs.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the referral program leveraging relationships with venture capital firms.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of partnership strategies to optimize growth efforts.
• Engage with startups to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions.
• Foster a network of relationships that positions the company as a leader in the recruiting space.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 47 years of experience in venture capital investment banking or a related field.
• Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships within the startup ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of the recruiting landscape and the challenges faced by early-stage companies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive results and achieve common goals.

Preferred

• Experience in a startup environment particularly in roles focused on growth or business development.
• Familiarity with the Internet marketplace industry and its dynamics.
• A network of contacts within the venture capital community that can be leveraged for partnerships.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $140K to $200K commensurate with experience. The company offers a competitive benefits package designed to support employee well-being and professional growth.
